Zenith Carex provides freezer space (temperature maintained between -25°C to 15°C) for Covid-19 vaccine or + 2°C to + 8°C with 24/7 controlled temperature and Temperature Monitoring System (RTMS). We provide monthly report on storage space functionality and temperature summary report.

Cold Chain Delivery Services

We are experts when it comes to handling and delivery of cold chain nationwide, either as a long haul (Point A to Point B) or Last Mile Delivery (LMD) to all the health facilities in the Local Government Areas Nationwide, delivering at either -25°C to 15°C or + 2°C to + 8°C with Temperature Monitoring System (RTMS).

We have warehousing facility in 3 major cities in Nigeria (Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt). Kano is also in the plan. Warehouse for storage of cold chain, pharmaceutical products and general goods.

With Warehousing as an integral part of every logistics system, We have just acquired 3 hectares of land at IDU industrial area Abuja, with an intention of building Nigeria’s first world class warehouse with ‘class A’ storage space which would come with unique barcoding affixed to every single item in store.

The warehouse is specifically for cold chain commodities, pharm grade and general good/medical equipment.

Cold Chain:

We intend building temperature controlled storage rooms that can achieve multiple pharmaceutical temperature requirements. Whereby our +2°C to +8°C and Ambient storage of -0°C to -40°C chambers will be perfect for protecting the integrity of refrigerated temperature sensitive products.

Cold Chains are common in the supply of vaccines and also in some chemical shipments to distant facilities. We also put into consideration that the specific temperature (and time at temperature) tolerances depend on the actual product being shipped. The cold chain requires to additionally maintain the commodities environmental parameters, which include air quality levels (carbon dioxide, oxygen, humidity and others), As much as cold chain has proven to be the most complicated to operate, We say that we have over the years built a strong and professional personnel to handle this aspect effortlessly.

Pharma Grade:

Responding quickly to distribution of pharma grade commodities such as; ACT, RDT, SP+AQ, SP, Artesunate Injectable etc. We have put into consideration proper and well-regulated temperature which is 25 °C (normal room temperature) for medicines and healthcare products.

End customers also impose increasingly more stringent demands in terms of delivery times, product range and quality. We have designed the plan in such a way that our logistics experts must respond to this flexibly in terms of our warehouse capacity and speed of order picking.

Our warehousing services includes provision for comprehensive pick and pack, de-stuff and palletise, bulk stack and storage services and facilities these include heavy equipment, Medical Equipment, Nets and General Cargo.
